  • Designed for urgent childcare needs. Choose SAME-Day Sitter when you need a sitter in the next 24 hours. We will begin the search right away, though availability isn’t guaranteed. If we are unable to find a sitter, the booking fee will be refunded.

  • For single-day or single-night babysitting services, this rate applies to each individual day a babysitter is requested. This covers any cancellations or illnesses of your matched babysitter. We have a 3-hour minimum for requests to ensure our babysitters are there for a meaningful duration. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days' in advance. If your request is within 7 days notice, please make an emergency request. The Friend to Friend team will strive to match you with sitters you have previously used, but due to scheduling changes, we cannot provide guarantees

  • In a bind with a last-minute need? We offer emergency babysitting services for $35/day. Choose this option for requests made less than 7 days in advance.

  • For regular part-time or full-time schedules with the same nanny for a duration of 12 weeks or more, a call will be arranged between the family and the Friend to Friend team. This call ensures that all needs and preferences are thoroughly discussed to guarantee a perfect match. There will be a $500 engagement fee to initiate our search which will be paid upfront.

    For recurring care, we require that families schedule their nanny for a minimum of one consistent weekday (Monday through Friday) each week.

    Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered part of recurring nanny care. If you need additional help on the weekends, feel free to submit a babysitting request.

    We want to make sure we find the ideal candidate for your family. Because of that, this is not a quick process. We appreciate as much notice as possible, whether that be one, two, or three months out. This gives both parties time to plan & adjust. Our nannies also have a 3-hour minimum per day. Our pricing plan is as follows: This recurring fee is paid directly to Friend to Friend, LLC, in addition to your nanny's pay, for the duration of their employment.

    - Recurring 1 day/week: $50/month

    - Recurring 2 days/week: $75/month

    - Recurring 3 days/week: $100/month

    - Recurring 4 days/week: $125/month

    - Recurring 5 days/week: $150/month

    If your nanny’s duration is less than 90 days (short-term nanny), a lump sum placement fee will occur, as opposed to monthly payments.

    The placement fee for a short-term nanny (less than 90 days) is as follows. 10% of the candidate's total compensation with a minimum rate of $500.

  • Planning a weekend getaway? We offer overnight care ranging from a single night to a week with daily care available as needed.

    We recommend booking as far in advance as possible- ideally 1-3 months +

    • $75 overnight fee per night (covers hours while children are sleeping)

    • Standard hourly rate applies for all waking hours

    • $25 request fee per day of overnight care

    Please note that overnight babysitting does not include infant night nurse care

  • Our search fee for a summer nanny is a flat rate of $500, paid upfront. No monthly dues.

  • Love your Friend to Friend babysitter? You can hire them directly by buying out their Friend to Friend, LLC contract for $2,500.

Pricing

Paid directly to Friend to Friend, LLC, in addition to your babysitter or nanny’s pay.

All families are responsible for paying their nanny/sitter directly. Friend to Friend LLC does NOT handle, process, or facilitate any payments between families and caregivers. The method and frequency are at the family’s discretion. Families are also solely responsible for managing any applicable taxes, withholdings, or reporting requirements associated with household employment, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Friend to Friend LLC does not manage or process payments for any household work; you must pay the provider directly. The method of payment is at your discretion. Here are some resources for household employment that calculate taxes for your household employees & provide payroll services.
