What’s the process?
We do the work as a company to find your babysitter, so you don’t have to. We handle all the vetting and interviewing to ensure you get someone experienced and trustworthy. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing your children are in wonderful hands. All sitters are hand-selected by Sydney and Halee. No robots here.
Step 1
Register your family
Register your family and complete the intake form. At Friend to Friend, we carefully hand-select families with the right babysitters. After reviewing your profile and intake form, we ensure the best fit. A $50 non-refundable registration is required to book, and a F2F team member will reach out within 24-48 hours of payment.
Step 2
The F2F team will look over your intake form, and create a list of ideal candidates from our roster
Our matching process for each family considers the number of children, their ages, location, and any specific concerns noted in the intake form. We then match you with a babysitter who has the perfect experience and ability to care for your little ones. If you have any hesitations or concerns feel free to connect with us and we can find a time to chat.
Step 3
Request
It's finally time…..you get to make a request! The password to our request page is included in the welcome email sent 24-48 hours after you register. Every date requested there will be a $25 booking-fee, which covers any cancellations or illnesses of your matched babysitter. We have a 3-hour minimum for requests to ensure our babysitters are there for a meaningful duration. Please make your requests at least 7 days in advance. While you can request with less notice, we cannot guarantee we will be able to find a sitter. As always, feel free to reach out with questions under the Contact Us.
Step 4
Relax!
Now it's our turn! The Friend to Friend team will reach out to your perfect match. Once the babysitter is confirmed, we'll send over their profile for you to review (example below). This profile will include their experience, education, babysitting rate, and any relevant information. If you confirm the sitter is a good fit for you, we'll share their contact info, and you can take it from there!
